I’ve been coaching, mentoring and supporting people pretty much my entire life.

It began in High School with a Peer Counseling program that I found extremely challenging but loved. Continuing on this path in college graduating with a Psychology degree while also holding leadership roles in the student union and other student councils.  After college, I fell into a Human Resources career. Here I was able to assist and coach employees on a regular basis. After over 10 years in HR, I found could no longer make a difference. I relocated to the south and went into family construction business.  It was a big change from HR but my psychology experience was put to good use. I mean family business = dealing with and working through lots of family dynamics. When those family dynamics became a little too much to handle, I moved into a career teaching Pilates, in my mid-40’s! Who goes into a fitness career in their 40’s?  That would be me!

In 2011, I became a Certified Pilates Instructor. Part instructor, part coach, part therapist, my clients get 3 for the price of 1!. After five years of teaching Pilates, I added Life Coach to my repertoire. I became a Certified Holistic Life and Executive Coach.

After more than twenty-five years supporting and encouraging individuals along their path to wellness and wholeness in a variety of settings, I decided it was time to make it official. Why? Because I believe in the power of setting intentions and in the magic that happens when we spend time in the presence of our dreams.

Be Present Coaching is about the courage it takes to show up as your best and highest self regardless of the situation, but most especially the ones that are in alignment with your most meaningful life.

I am certified in Goal Imagery® coaching - a coaching model that provides a truly holistic approach serving the whole person and not just one specific aspect or challenge. Goal Imagery® coaching maintains that masterful coaching includes a very personal and intimate conversation about values, ideals, and being authentic. As every true leader must lead from the perspective of his or her own sense of authentic values, a Goal Imagery® coach addresses leadership, relationships and communication skills, assisting clients to relate their values and ideals in an authentic way.

My practice is about holding space and listening.

My intention is to empower you to create your future.

My mission is to be present.
